here is my short list of things to accomplish:

2. Ride your bike to the top of a hill

3. Roll down said hill, preferably grass-staining your pants.

4. Exchange all the magazines at your dentists office with ads for The Rascal.

5. Wear a curtain.

6. Go to a flea market

7. Ride a golf cart to work.

8. Have a water gun fight with someone.

Feel lost? Without direction?

Perhaps you feel bored, are out of things to do with yourself and looking for some ideas?

Perhaps you just need something to make you smile.

Well look no further friends, foes and strangers alike: David Horvitz is here to brighten your day with his “instructional ideas” which are both inspirational and entertaining.

“For all of 2009 I will send out small texts of simple instructional ideas through the mailing list below. I will also post screenshots of them on this tumblr page. These will not be done everyday, only when i feel like it and have access to the internet. But the attempt will be to do them everyday. You can also receive these in the postal mail.”

His idea’s are as inspirational as they are day-brightening, smile-inducing and clever, and are definitely worth a look.

If 2008 was the year of the “sky photograph” and 2009 was the year of the “instructional ideas”, I’m more than intrigued to see what 2010 will be!
